Silicone and Catalyst Orthoplasty Kit - Podorsil 34

Part A: Catalyst - Light Gray Tint
Part B: Shore 34 silicone - Beige tint
The dosage of catalyst A and silicone B is done in equal parts. The color of the orthoplasty performed is flesh-colored.

Protective orthoplasty:
• Very good mechanical properties
• Excellent skin tolerance
• Sandable
• Rechargeable
• Virtually zero linear shrinkage
• Absence of irritating derivatives allowing manual work on parts A and B before crosslinking
• Presentation in the form of paste, therefore very easy to use and handle

Use :
• Mixing time from 45sec to 1min: Depending on the initial temperature of the product and the temperature of the podiatrist's hands.
• Working time: approximately 1 min 15 min at a temperature of 23°
• Crosslinking time of 4 to 5 min
